Expert consultation

Psychiatric expertise for legal teams, clinicians, healers, and organizations.

I consult on questions where psychiatry, pharmacology, and the law or clinical practice meet.

My work draws on years of clinical care, published research on pharmacology, safety oversight of clinical trials, and service on Oregon's Psilocybin Advisory Board. I consult for both prosecution and defense, and for practitioners from every paradigm.

My prior legal clients include Levi Merrithew Horst PC and the Multnomah County District Attorney's Office. For the District Attorney's Office, I testified before the grand jury in the case of Alaska Airlines pilot Joseph Emerson, later covered by The New York Times (opens in a new tab) and the FX and Hulu documentary Lie to Fly (opens in a new tab).

Rates are available on inquiry.
